I am not overwight and hardly even above my normal wight. The problem is that food combination with beer drinking got me a slight few curves on my belly, especially visible when I sit.. I know form experience that pull-ups do not help, they create musle underneath, but the "curvy" layer stays.. Any other methods? Help?...

Unfortunately, it's been proven many times that one cannot target
fat in a particular area of the body, you have to lose it all over. I have
that "belly" also. You know the old rule: calories in minus calories
out, darn it!

Only mechanical means such as suction or surgery will work on
a particular area.

Well my buddy gets the men's health issues and I think one way to solve that problem was to run and work off the fat burning it off. So its not something that will happen the next day but it will be more of a commitment

You will simply have to do cardio. As you have discovered, you can not spot reduce. Cardio is the only way to reduce that fat (and of course stop drinking beer)

You simply need to lose weight - increased activity (especially aerobic exercise) and moderation in eating. There's no other way, short of liposuction.
