The four marks of the True Church, accoring to the Holy Bible are: One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic.
ONE - Unity of belief and worship throughout the centuries and throughout the world. Jesus said that His Church would be ONE, not divided into thousands of conflicting manmade denominations.
HOLY - The True Church is holy because it was founded by God Himself. This does not mean that every individual member is holy. That doesn't happen in any church. It means that the True Church provides all that is necessary to become as holy as a human being can become in this life, a fact demonstrated by those great saints who were products of their Catholic faith - Saint Francis, Saint Teresa, Saint Benedict, Pope John Paul II, Mother Teresa, etc. Other churches of course do possess a measure of holiness since they possess a measure of Catholic truth. But since the Catholic Church alone possesses the fullness of divine revelation and the fullness of Christian truth, it alone is the channel of full Christian holiness.
CATHOLIC - This doesn't refer directly to the name Christ's Church chose for itself at the end of the 1st Century. It refers to the meaning of the name. "Catholic" means "universal". Christ made it clear that the Church He founded was to be the channel of salvation for all peoples, in all times and places. He never authorized the formation of any churches other than the one He founded. In fact He warned us against such churches. Therefore it was only natural for the early church to adopt the name Catholic - universal.
APOSTOLIC - Founded on the Apostles, not on Luther, Wesley, Calvin, or any other man. To be apostolic, a church must be able to demonstrate its existence in every century since Apostolic times. The Holy Catholic Church alone can do so. Therefore the Holy Catholic Church alone is apostolic.
These are the four marks which identify the true Church of Jesus Christ. No church other than the one He founded can demonstrate these four essential marks.

You need to buy yourself a Catholic Catechism. Also the Compendium to the Catechism has the answers in them. Both can be found online for free.
The four marks, as the above poster said, are
ONE
HOLY
CATHOLIC
