Actually, I am. I'm married to a man I love very, very much. We own our own home, and are slowly working towards our plans for the future. Not everything in my life is easy or how I want it to be, but I am content with what I have - love and security - and I am truly happy.

I'm not happy in the relationship area, which with me, I feel sad and unhappy all the time. Yet when I go to school, work, play with my kids, or do my hobbies, then I'm happy.

that's a really good question. what are the parameters? if i say yes, i'm happy, does that mean i'm 'up' all the time? does it mean i smile when i go to bed? that i never wake up grumpy? that bad stuff never happens to me? i don't think being happy is about that. it's all about your attitude.

right now, i'm happy. i had a nice meal with my husband tonight, my house is clean, it's raining but i got out for a walk this morning before the rain started. i can look back at my life and say i have no regrets, which is not as easy as it sounds. so yeah, i'm happy :)

I was whilst I was married to a woman I adored and placed on a pedestal. Then she went off with another guy and I wa suicidal for a couple of years. Now I am so happy I see she did me a favour by going. My life now is so peaceful and calm it's unbelievable, I love my life now.

*Thinking about it...*

Yes, I am truly happy. That doesn't mean that I'm still not striving to achieve more in my life, though. In order to maintain the happiness, one must continue searching for higher goals and aspirations.

sometimes - if the kids don't act out toooo much, if my arthritis doesn't stop me doing things, if i don't manage the housework and nobody complains. If all the above happen on the same day then i am ecstatic. hope you are happy.
