I play soccer and I am in dance classes, I am in pretty good shape but I just can't seem to lose the obnoxious fat on my inner thighs. Help please!

A good way to tone your thighs would be to lay on your back with leg weights strapped on your ankles. Put your legs up in the air and part them as far as you can, then slowly close them. Repeat that 10-15 times. If you do this every morning when you wake up and every night before bed, you will be very pleased with the results.

there is one exercise move that i have seen make a difference.

sit on your butt in the floor. put a balance ball (pilates ball, exercise ball, whatever they are called) in front of you and put one leg on either side of the ball and bend your legs to a 90 degree angle. then squeeze the ball with your legs. you can hold the ball in place with your hands if that helps. if you do it long enough you should feel it in your inner thighs
