How can i get an upside down question mark and an upside down exclamation mark?

I am trying to type spanish. is there any way i can get an upside down backword question mark and upside down exclamation point on word.

For Upside down question mark use keys as -

Alt+Shift+Control+?

For Upside down exclamation mark use keys as-

Alt+Shift+Control+!

Go to insert then to symbols and look for it. It is there somewhere.
