i really need help losing it im willing to lose it within the matter 3 weeks

No beer and only slimline mixers (I drink Gin and Slimline Tonic)
No carbs after 3pm (that means bread, potatoes, rice, pasta).
Walk a mile a day - quickly.
Drink three litres of water a day.

I lost 14lbs in three weeks doing that and 3 inches off my waist.

i don't understand how lots you will desire to lose yet have not got unrealistic expectancies. In 2 weeks its not common to do a lot. yet right this is what I do....decrease energy and get a great style of protein to construct muscle which will enable you to burn fat quicker. consume a minimum of a million banana an afternoon to help ward off cramping as you commence determining. Take 500-one thousand mg of nutrition C an afternoon to help shrink puffiness so which you do not seem bloated once you're actually not. Then do a great style of cardio @least 3-5 miles an afternoon walking or 10-15 miles cycling. and a few crunches, leg lifts, and different ab workouts. you will desire to be pouring sweat once you get achieved. That sweat is weight and pollution and you will desire to do away with the two. I power prepare with weights thrice a week and do cardio 5 situations a week doing ab paintings 6 days a week. i'm seeing wonderful effects so some distance. desire you do too. solid success.

Aerobics. Sorry. You have to do aerobics to lose the fat. That will also help if you have fluid retention. It doesn't matter how many crunches or whatever kind of gut exercises you do--you'll never see any muscles if they're covered by flab. So work out, work up a sweat, and maintain good form--try Pilates-type stuff to strengthen your core muscles, also yoga to stretch and tone. Keeping a good form while doing aerobic exercise will help tone your muscles while you're burning off fat. Plus, you'll lower your stress (less cortisol, less stress-type fat around your gut) and get your blood moving and feel better.

Not eating before 10 am and not eating again AFTER 7pm--- NO MATTER WHAT---Drinking lots of water,lots of greens and fresh veggies,(watch out for spinach--hope you read the reports), eating fish,chicken,do NOT fry anything,baked is best no fast food of any kind =store bought or drive through),exercising as in walking NOT running. Also believe it or not,chewing gum helps to burn calories(spit it out when flavor gone,get another one). Hope it helps Good luck,but you might have some "flab" from losing the weight that fast.

Jogging around 3-5 times a week will do the trick.
I had a friend like that, she went jogging alot. In a matter of weeks, she had a near perfect stomach.

Hmmmm...try doing crunches...and or go to a gym, use their exercise room. They can tell you the best machines to use for it!
Crunches are really the best way. Try doing 50 @ 3 X's a day,for the first week...second week do more 3 X's a day.

Don't know how much you'll loose in just 3 weeks, but sit-ups and walking are the fastest way.

whatever excercise you do ...times that by 2 ..a day
stand straight with good posture
and at all times {in the beginning youll forget alot don't worry}keep your gut tight and flat as you can at all times.
dont forget SIT UPS!!


If your under the age of twenty...just do a few sit ups...

Cut calories and fat from diet, drink water, do cardio exercise 4-5x/week and lots of sit-ups daily (properly - get someone to coach you because you have to work the abs not the back and neck)

i;ve lost a lot real fast on adkins
I think I lost 20 lbs in two weeks
( basicly eat less than 20 grams carbs per day)
but check out the book in the library....
