for mario kart for ds how do you play with othe people

every time i push wi fi connection in the menu screen it always say no compatible access point in range

im board racing the computer

You'll need a wireless router nearby with an internet access, or you'll need another Nitendo DS to play with

I think you have to go nintendo web site , and check where are the hot spot then u have play as other people.
