Trying to lose some addtional lbs. and heard running is excellent for it, but I have next to no endurnace and just wanted to know how well it is for weight loss.

Build up to running by starting with a walk or power walk. It is great for weight and health. Watch those carbs...that is really helping my daughter and I with weight lose. Good luck.

i in my opinion do not feel consuming "breakfast" is primary for weight reduction. Eating a work of fruit or a small salad might be a breakfast, and even consuming water with a banana. in my view, weight reduction is approximately consuming the proper entire meals coupled with a tight quantity of bodily activitiy similar to strolling or anything extra strenuous.
