I tried on a dress that I bought 2 years ago and it didn't fit around my waist to thigh section. I want to lose a few inches are thsoe areas, but my family told me its impossible. What is the safest way possible? Do I have to diet? What types of exercise do i have to perform. Thank you for answering.

It takes about 10 calories to maintain each pound of body weight
at a low activity level / no exercise...
If you weigh 120lbs, it takes about 1200 calories per day to maintain this weight without exercise..It takes a deficit of about 3500 calories to lose one pound of body weight...So..If you only ate 1000 calories per day you would have a 200 calorie per day deficit so it would take you about 16 days to lose one pound of fat....
Even moderate exercise will increase your daily calorie requirements up to 12 - 15 calories per pound of body weight..
That is an easy no diet / no fail formula for weight loss..

Walking is a great way to loose weight on those areas
mentioned. Those sit ups are still the best for your
waist and lunges for the thights, cardio is a sure thing.

Just eat less,more of the right things,go for walks,cycle,swim and lots of sex.
