Okay so my boyfriend used to give me poems all the time. They were the sweetest things ever. And I loved them so much. And 16 months later I find out they are all off the internet. I mean lie 60 poems. How bad is this? What di you guys think?

It still seems rather sweet. He went looking for some way to express his feelings for you and it sounds like he put a fair bit of effort into it. Not everyone is gifted with a knack for writing. I'd be lucky to get a poem in a greeting card from my boyfriend :P

Did he make it seem like he wrote them? Maybe it's like when you dedicate a song to someone or give them a card with a sweet saying in it - you didn't write it yourself but it expresses exactly how you feel. Talk to him about it.

Well I think that if he didn't tell you that he wrote them but he meant the sentiment you shouldn't be too worried. You take it as lying, but maybe he wasn't able express himself the way he wanted to.

Did he claim to write them? if he claimed he wrote them then he is a d1ck. if he just gave them to you and you assumed they were written by him, its your own fault. Other than that no biggie. just read and enjoy. its the thought that counts!

I think its bad that he said that they were his own. I think it would be good to talk to him about this.

did he say he made them? If he did, then maybe you should confront him..but sweetie if it was me, i'll let him off the hook..but will punish him a little...LOL

if he said they were he's then dump his @ss!!!!But if he didn't tell you they were not his then let it slide!Just tell him you want him to write his own stuff for you next time!
