yeah, i am kinda going through that right now. He is great, and I want to give it a go. I am conflicted. Phone dating is kinda hard.

But if persons involved try to keep the relationship 'warm', by sending cards, little gifts, surprising phone calls... It is possible to have a long distance relationship, though only temporary.
On the long term (years) people get exhausted, and the main motivator becomes: "is it reasonable to expect we will be together in the near future...?"

No Never,always hopeful to keep the relationship you have established!Why you think he should be physically there?When we do a lot of business and some other thing with a long distance company,so with your matter concern- there is no ill interest for keeping his/her continuous interest in each other.It's a matter of " TRUST" how he/she put it in each other.

yes, out of sight, out of mind. if you can't be with the one you love , than love the one your with.But just a glimmer of hope if the relationship is serious....absence makes the heart grow fonder.
