i know this sounds kind of gross, the whole toe nail falling out will it grow back?
I'm in drill, and for those who don't know what it is, it's like cheerleading except with a military style. and marching is really hard on your feet and toes.
It started out looking like a bruise on your nail, (the white marks), but then after our last performance, it looked really discolored, and now it's kind of wooblely like it's going to fall off!

will it grow back? and what can i do about it to prevent, or help this situation?

thanks a bunch!

Based on your description, the nail will grow back. Bruising under the nail will cause it to separate from the nail bed, but it will grow back. Your problem is either not using the right type of shoe, or not wearing a properly fitted shoe. Get better shoes and you won't have the problem anymore.

Yes the nail will grow back as long as you still have your toe. If the toe falls off the nail will not have any place to grow on at that point it will not grow back. So keep you toe if you still have it.

I am a nail technician and I have seen a lot of infectionswith nails.
First, please go to the doctor. An infection can cause you very serious problems. Lastly, yes your nail will grow back. It will take 6 months for it to do so. Take care!

Yes it will do, it takes some time and the flesh around your new nail is really tender, so try to protect it. It happened to me too. Extra hygiene helps............
