But you may want to add potassium to your diet, because if you work out allot it uses allot of oxygen that is in your blood stream and you need to add potassium to keep the levels okay to keep down muscle spasms and cramping. You can get allot of potassium from different foods like bananas.

Potassium deficiency sometimes, sometimes pinched nerve, could be an immune reaction to a virus (colds, tooth/root canal things). Vitamins? B12. Have some eggs for breakfast (organic ones)
Maybe it's the alien implant.

Could be muscle stain, or lactic acid buildup. The best thing for either of those is to to rest. It could also be electrolyte imbalance. If the problem doesn't resolve itself within a couple of days, talk with your doctor.
