so i got him this guitar that i know he really wants he has no idea i got it for him, he is 3 hours away, this last week our relationship has been on the rocks, i asked him to email me or call me on thursday and he still hasnt, im wondering if i should give it to him for xmas and wait or for a late 9 month and early xmas (our 9 month was yesterday) he is going to be here on saturday should i give it to him then

Girl, unless you're rich and a present of 800 bucks are for you like buy candies for your little boy, you better return that guitar and save the money. If the relation ship is really good and last until Christmas, you can always buy another.
No need to mention how much you will regret if it ends after the guitar.

i would wait till you see him for the day, see how he is, not saying it will be bad or good but it seems like somthing is bothering him. If he knows you have somthing for him maybe he will be different for a little while and than change his bad attitude to good but that wont last it will be a cover up. so see how he really feels for you and if he makes it clear he loves you than i would give it to him saying on a card its a early christmas and nine month anniversary present hope you like it. but if hes saying hes not wanting a relationship with you right now, well hope you got the recepit and can take it back. remember money cant buy people and get people to love you, if it seems like it does than the person is fake.

if your relationship has been on the rocks and there is a chance you could break up. think about giving the guitar to him bc im sure it costed quite a bit of money. if u decide no matter what he will get it then i think when he arrives bc you know you wont be able to hold it back when hes there lol.
