Here is my way of doing it.

Things You'll Need:

shaved ice
1 tsp. sugars
pineapples wedge
liquor
1 oz. fresh strawberries
1/2 oz. lime juice
cocktail glasses
1 oz. light rums
blenders
1/2 oz. strawberry schnapps
drinking straws

Steps:
1: Put rum, strawberry schnapps, lime juice, sugar and fresh strawberries in a blender.

2. Add shaved ice up to the line of the liquids.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour into a cocktail glass.

5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

6. Serve with a straw.

2 oz light rum

1 oz lime juice (or sweet and sour mix)

A final word of caution: If you squeeze your limes to get lime juice, you will get a different taste depending on whether some of the oil from the lime peel goes into the drink or not! Also, if you use bottled lime juice, the taste will be altered, too! Experiment to see which you prefer. You may come up with a strawberry Daiquiri recipe favorite of your own.

Add fresh strawberries or you can use daiquiri mix and a splash of sweet and sour mix or just some lemonade. If you want it with alcohol then you can use rum either light or dark. at my grocery store they sell frozen strawberry daquiri concentrate. i think the brand is old orchard. you just put it with ice and water in a blender. if you want it says you can add rum to it. i have tried these and they are very yummy!
