Can a person be a neonatologist and a general pediatrician at the same time?

I don't know whether to chose a to be a pediatrician or a neonatologist so i am trying to fiugre out if i can be both

Mamma told me I could be anything I wanna be!!

I am sure you can, but you probably have to keep up credentials in both fields (not sure, just a question really that maybe someone else can answer?)
