How can I download JDK out of Sun site?

I live in Iran;our web connections are filterd and I will download J2SEDK(JDK,Java Develpment Kit);Sun Java site use of a location for downloading which is filterd in our country.I don't know that site is a proxy or other but it is filterd,How can I download it, out of Sun site?Help me please,A milion thanks.
