2 year old child just died because of no medical attention was available at the time to save the child from a basic illness that could have saved his live and you believe that this would happen to your children eventually if you dont do something about the situation. Do you blame the father of this children to be at fault to try to avoid this from happening to his family? Given the fact that his country could or could not be at fault but regardless of the situation the parent should do something about the problem or complain to the Gov. "hoping" something might change eventually.

And oh, must not forget, your work ethic and skills are greatly rewarded, and welcomed in your next door country but the requirements that are required are next to impossible since you tried to do this the "legal" way many times before. Responsible father or not?

foxnews. Society taking care of this family. I think that you are confused here. You see, Mexicans do work for their money and they do it hard. They dont come here with the mentality that you are implying to pass the border and sit back and relax with welfare. Not true here cupcake. Plus, you think this example of a father is going to "Open a Financial " istitution? Please.....

Oh let's not forget Iraq Sudan Congo Chad where women are raped daily where kids are forced to be killers. Why not look outside your never, never land and stop saying that Mexico can win the Iraq war in 12 hours any problems in Iran Mexico can resolve that problem in only 2 days plus travel pay. If Mexico is so bad off why isn't your boy Fox pleading to the world for food aid? Why do you expect America to drop everything shut down America because someone in Mexico has heartburn. How about that 16yo illegal from MEXICO who killed two women 40 and 16 they were stabbed repeatably in all 72 times why aren't you campaigning he be free all charges drop, that the life of Mexicans are better then anyone else and he will make up it by working an extra hour at a day care center. If Mexicans have so much talent why isn't the brain working like that in Mexico. Why Must they cross the border before understanding oh I can think. Stop blaming the entire world for the Dallas school system got busted for fraud. Tell us about the Mexican drug trade work ethic. According to you it's OK to kill women and children. Because the drug lords give money to the chruch.

That scenario is not indicative of all and not even most of the illegals coming to this country illegally. Its a tear inducing story that may be fact based, but certainly isn't the story of every illegal here. Why doesn't the country the father lives in provide for humanitarian relief for this father and his family? Before he had this family he knew how his country was so he knowingly made children with out regard to the circumstances and the consequences.
With that said I feel he is the bad guy in this story.but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't find a way to help his children. Most Americans respond a whole lot differently to some one asking for something and some one that's demanding,or telling us we have to do something..We simply don't respond well at all to being told you must accept illegals.

If I was being "victimized" by my own government and my children could not survive, I would probubly stop having children first. Or I wouldn't have them at all. (I certainly wouldn't have nuermous children if I was in my right mind) I would then form or join a para military brigade of revolutionaries to change my governments way of conducting biz in my homeland.
If I was not that brave, and I had grown up learning that stealing, theft and crime was the only way (remember the corrupt goverment?) I would go to the neighboring country and I would "victimize" them. Very much as I had been victimized. I wouldn't be able to see the distinction of difference. I really wouldn't be able to know any differently. Being a criminal is the only way of life available to me in my own minds eye. I would feel justified in my acts of illegality.
I would work hard and do my best but ultimately, the negative fondation of my arrival at my neighbors place would come back to haunt me and I would yet again be victimized, as I was sent back to my original country.
Pretty soon, I am going to become so disgusted with my own country, I am going to fight and die if neccessary to gain my own justice and indendence as a reward for myself, my family and my people. Now and into the future. Or I will simply crawl back to my hovel and remain a victim for the rest of my life.
That's how it works. You can't run away from your own truth.

But if he got caught what would he expect to have happen if he were putting his kids in a school paid for by the other parents and not by the employer who values his skills so? Especially if there were another 10,999,999 people similarly taking benefits from schools and health care neither they nor their doting employers paid for?

I don't know what I would do if I were in the father's place. I do know that I wouldn't blame those whose children I took education funds from for enforcing their laws to stop me.

What about the children of the parents in the next door country? Do you blame them for protecting their own?

OK, now after reading 'churchonthewaysenior's' response, don't you feel just a LITTLE bit guilty?

It is not Americas problem, we did not make Mexico a trash dump of a country, we did not get Pedro's wife pregnaunt, why are we being put on the spot and being asked what we are going to do about it ? Mexico needs to get its act togeather, and people like you that expect other people to be responsible for your problems are not helping.

HELL , your not even willing to help your self, grow a backbone, and do something positive with your life, stop making claim that you have moochers right to the U.S..

Here is a idea, if you can't afford to feed your self, then don't have kids. Really, what type of person will try to bring a child up in a world where they are most likley to starve to death ?

PLEASE STOP Making excuses for Criminal Activity. It's OLD and Boring. If a Child in Mexico needed Medical attention that couldn't be provided here there isn't an American out there that would have a problem with that child being brought here LEGALLY to have Medical treatment then returned home. The Problem is they Sneek in here using excuses and NEVER leave. Do it LEGALLY or NOT AT ALL.

It would depend If I had the means to provide for the children in the first place.
If you are already starving and have great work ethics, why not establish a great financial foundation, get married and work on having offspring you are able to provide for?

Having children is a responsibility that is a lifelong deal. If you fail to provide for them and knowingly were starving prior, who is to blame and why should society take that responsibility for you?

What's up with all this Mexican stuff? Again... these people are so ignorant that they don't want to understand that illegals come from different countries - not just Mexico! They don't want to understand that there are also LEGAL Mexicans in this country and that it sounds so freakin stupid when they try to put the Mexican race down. Open your eyes people!!!! Stop being so ignorant!!!!

Oh cry me a damn river!!!!!!
STOP trying to make US feel "guilty" over something that is NOT either OUR problem or OUR fault!!!!!!
FIRST: these people need to take responsiblility for THEMSELVES and their OWN kids!!!!
I have three kids, and NOT ONCE did i EVER expect anyone ELSE to pay for MY kids!!!! I did NOT get welfare!!! I paid my OWN hospital and medical bills!!!!
If you can't afford kids, then WHY THE HELL have them???!!!!

And SECOND: It is NOT, i repeat NOT up to THIS country and it's citizens, to support those from a FOREIGN country!!!! GOT IT??!!
You all need to start BITCHING about your OWN "beloved mexico" for a change!!!!!!

Why you people even give a damn about that country, i will NEVER understand!!!!! Mexico SURE does NOT give a damn about YOU!!!!

if you were all that responsible you would not have had
children in the first place so there would not be the
problem of them starving. i understand the question
you are asking; so no it is not my responsibility to
provide medical treatment, education, and all the rest
for the children you shouldn't have had in the first place
if you couldn't take care of them. i am desperately sorry
for the children, but you birthed them so they are your
responsibility.
