IS there a supplement that only contains aluminum? if not, is there a multivitamin I could use?

Eeek! Why would anyone WANT to take aluminum? It's bad for you. I think there have even been studies that show people with Parkinson's usually have more aluminum in their systems that people without aluminum.

If you really, really want to get some in your system, just use deodarants with aluminum in them. I quit using them because they were causing lumps in my lymph nodes.

Aluminum is not something the body needs. I do not know your fascination with it but if really want some eat rolaids.

Chromium yes, it is an OTC mineral. But I can't say that I have noticed Vanadium ones.

you just need to wad a little foil up and slip it twixt your cheek and gum.. every now and again, give a little bite to release the nutrients..
