while it is not imperative for them to do any rigorous physical workouts to maintain their health...it is important to instill this and all good habits for maintaining a healthy lifestyle while kids are in their "sponge" phase to ensure they will more than likely hold on to these good habits. In short, learning to exercise regularly can greatly benefit them in the long run.

Besides the obvious health benefits, starting a fitness program when you are young makes you feel more confident about your looks, makes you feel strong, and helps your self esteem.

To keep in shape and develop good habits for when they are adults and on their own. It's the same reason you make your kid clean their room and do chores, eat vegetables, brush their teeth, etc. If they start early they will continue through adulthood. One who doesn't start young is unlikely to pick it up as an adult.

so that the children can stay in shape and do sports and stuff, because it is more 2 life then laying down watching t.v and eating junk food all day...... and that's what i had 2 do 2 my little nephew, because he loves laying down on the couch and eat junk food all day and do nothing, but i had 2 put a stop 2 that, because i don't want him 2 get over weight and cant do nothing because i care 2 much about him just 2 let him do that 2 himself..... and now because of me he does football and he enjoys it a lot...... he may want 2 lay down and eat junk food all day but he cant because he got football practice and games!!!!!!! and I'm happy because i made a difference in his life and his momma and daddy is proud of me and their son....... so that's why it is important 4 your child 2 get put in a fitness program!!!!!!!
