Hi you could go to weight watcher they are very good and you dont need to change what you eat just portion control and point counting and it does work. It was the best diet i had been on and i lost 1 stone in 3 months. So being a vegetarian doesnt matter as weight watcher you just cut things down rather that not eat them

Eat lots of Quorn (available from any supermarket) as this is high in protein and low in fat. Have lots of grilled veg and salad too and watch your alcohol intake.

Quorn is great for chillis and pasta, which is my veggie favourite.
