It is getting pretty serious between me and her and her parents invited me and her over for dinner, I don't want to be rude and I love her but what would be a polite way to refuse diner?

Really...is this your biggest problem? I don't think so...just wait until you marry her. Do you really want her cooking your Thanksgiving dinner? Instead of a turkey curled up on top of your table, it's your next door neighbor....think about it before you take the leap into this twilight zone~

Naw, I say just tell her you had plans to do something with your family months ago before her family invited you to go.
You could also tell her the truth! The truth may hurt but its better than lying, remember one lie ties another. Just tell her your feelings, if she loves you she will understand. If she doesnt understand then she isnt worth it.

EWWW Are you serious??? I'm pretty sure it's illegal to eat another human being. Gross! Run away from this girl and her creepy family. Ok, maybe I'm being rude. It's not her fault her family is composed of freaks. Ask her over to your house, you never know, maybe she'll like chicken more than human flesh!! *shivers* grosssss........

It would be best if you and your girlfriend talk about it and come up with a compromise :-) If you say you love her, then 2 hours of torture, would not be that bad.
