If you want total certainty, copy all your data files to another disc, then format the main disc and reinstall the OS and all the software you use.

What does a lifetime history mean??? You mean hide the porn you watched from your family???

Thats easy...
go to Tools - Internet options
click on clear history
click on delete temp internet files
click on delete cookies

go to the contents tab
click on auto complete
click on clear forms
clear passwords.
