To be "religious" should not be an objective. What is important is to have a "faith". Religion is where man is struggling to reach God or to try to please Him. Faith is to have put your trust in someone IE Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. The bible says that your faith will grow as you read the bible"Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God". Once a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ you should do your best to follow His teachings along with giving Him all the praise and glory for your salvation. The bible tells us "there is no other name under heaven given to man whereby we must be saved" only through Christ, not Mohamed, not Buddha nor anyone else. I don't know where you as far as if you are a born again believer or if you are still searching but I would encourage you to take a look in the New Testament and start by reading the book of John then read the book of Romans. You will soon find out where you stand and what your next step should be........hope this is a help.

Your refusal to receive Jesus Christ makes you religeous person. Go to church from monday to sunday or you can even go and be sleeping inside the church if you have not received the Lord Jesus as your personal saviour and Lord you will forever remain religeous.

acting religeous is the practice of organized people who worship in a prescribed and regulated manner sorta together. with regards to the criticisms of religions is the point that different religions separate rather than unify people. It is like studying how to be different or better than, or right.

Being religious is mainly loving your fellow man as yourself. And also loving God above everything in your life, with your heart, soul, and even spirit. Also the Holy Bible is mainly there to teach us the ways of God and to remind us of all the good behaviors of being a Christian really are. Going to Church is mainly just for socializing and being supported in your christian beliefs in your life with other believers just like you.

Don't worry about religion.
The thing is, there is something inside all of us that yearns to be more than just animals. Isn't there?
God made us a promise. He said if we "seek him out, with all of our heart and all of our soul", he'll save us a place, apart from this earth, and save us from death.
And he sent Jesus to prove it.
Find a Christian whom you know and trust. Get a conversation going. Tell him (or her) that you need some honest answers, not simple preaching. Tell them that you've got a lot of questions. Be sincere, and give yourself some time. It's about finding a relationship with God, not getting popular in your local church.
Be sincere, and He'll find you.

What makes you religous is believing and following religion. What makes a true Christian is following and believing in Christ.

To find the true religion read the Lord's prayer over and over again very slowly. Read the sermon on the mount over and over again and it will help you become religious. Being religious will help you live a good life.

Carnal guy can't comprehend the bible. era. At what point a believer can comprehend the bible is immediately with regards to how lots he helps the Holy Spirit to establish the truths of God. We disable the Spirit via 2 issues: a million) our unconfessed sin and a pair of) our loss of religion. The extra we connect with the Lord, the extra all of us understand of His techniques.

Everyone is religious whether they realize it or not... religion really has nothing to do with spirituality
Religion - "A cause, principle, or activity pursued with zeal or conscientious devotion"

Nothing against being religious....if it works for you I'm for it.
I don't want to be saved or preached to....that's the problem I have with some religious people.
