Don't go back there...do not patronize the place, followed by and spreading the word about what he said or she said to you and have some witnesses.

If you are ppor, go to the legal aid society for help.

YOu can go to the local police precinct and ask that the most esever charges be mnade qagainst the manager and the restraunt owner. YOU also can start to see a private therpist if necessary, if you have any slepplessnes about the incodent, or feel scared since the incident, and huire a laweyer ancd seek civil damages. The last part is extreme, but soemtimnes very necessary if inbdeed you have trouble concentrating and fears since the incident. Be sure, howeverr, to have witnesses who would testify or go to the police as cooberative witnesses.

Well, the operative question is why the restaurant manager cursed at you. Did you deserve it? You may have acted so poorly that his response was reasonable.

If you feel it was unreasonable, then contact the Better Business Bureau and complain about the business.

It totally depends on the circumstances. If you work for them, you can quit, maybe you can file a grievance with the labor relations board, or you can ignore it and get over it in time. If you were a customer, you can not go back, or you could write a letter to the person that owns the restaurant and tell them what happened, if you feel strongly enough about it. If I were you I'd be satisfied with an apology, rather than demanding that the manager get fired.

depends on how much you like your job. 1. pull him aside and explain that it is not necassary to belittle you to make a point. 2. curse him right back and walk out. 3. dummy up and go back to work. just consider the source.

If you was me, I would find out who the owner is and report it directly to the owner because, their is no excuse for that type of behavior the customer is always right.

depends if you work there, or ate there.

if you ate there, you can go to the better buisness bureau and report them. just look it up on google, or go to your local city council or state rep, they will help you out.

if its a employer, you can write to the 'chain '
manager-if applicable, or if there is a union, go to them and complain.

either way go to your local paper and tell them the story, ask them to do a report on it, you can also go to your local tv station too.

fire up the grill- cause that jack azz is going to get burned!!!!!!!

Don't go back there. There's nothing you can do legally, and I am assuming you did something to anger this person.
