I am considering getting my cartilage peirced.

I just was wonder how it feels getting it done and what does it feel like?

Whats the after-feeling?

About a year ago i streached my ear lobe holes -- does it feel like being a 12g and going to a 10g? --- to me that was pretty painfull

I didn't have it done, but a friend did. She said it did hurt. The hardest thing about it was keeping it clean because she was constantly having to like push stuff through the hole. I am assuming cartilage. Then she had to use her other ear while talking on the phone. That was the hardest part of it all because she kept smacking it with the phone and that hurt a ton.

Not sure. I've been meaning to get mine done. For a few years now, actually, never got around to it though....

I watched my freind get hers, and she said it only hurt because she'd already had three peircings and was aware of it. But the first peircing she got, she didn't feel.

ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT. Make sure you get it done with a needle and NOT a gun. Guns are only good (and even then, not recommended) for a first hole peircing. I got my second hole done with a gun, it was a little high, right near my cartilage, and I have problems with it. This is because the gun makes a small incision, whereas the needle removes flesh, allowing for more room. Also, since cartilage is curved, a straight incision isn't good. You can get this done at most tattoo places.

It's not that painful when pierced, the worst part is that it burns immediately after getting pierced. Even my tragus wasn't that painful, it just took a long time to get the needle through the cartilage. The only problem that I ever had with mine is that I took them out constantly and they never fully healed. I've had them for four years and they still hurt to sleep on sometimes.
