My best friend in the world is also an atheist and he's had three or four serious relationships in his life w/ girls that were christian. Although when it comes to me I lost two relationships bc of this simple fact. I have respect of what people believe in and I don't judge. I just cannot understand why this is a problem for women I date and it's been a non-issue for my friend. Is these ladies just using this has an excuse not to be serious w/ me. Even if we were sexual. what do you guys think?

Well it's not going to work cause the girls that are a Christan don't won't to be around somebody that don't believe in a God that means you are not a true man that can be trusted and you are condemned to hell and there are others that believe the way you believe why not pursue that or is your mission is to brainwash the girls into the way you believe that want happen if they are strong in the Lord.

I'm just gonna guess that you might be too vocal about your beliefs. And that you might be scaring them off because of it. The only time religion, or lack of it, might come into play is when you plan on getting married, or in a really long term relationship. And then only if you have such a difference of beliefs that it causes problems between the two of you.

Some people take their religion very seriously. A lot of religious girls are looking for someone that they can share their religion with. Maybe things would be easier, if you stuck with an Atheist girl.

Well, this might be a problem is she is grounded in her religion. Be honest with her when the subject comes up and it will. If it is a problem, then deal with it and then you will know. Personally, I think it will not work. I am sorry.

I think it would be wise for you to ask girls upfront if they have a problem with your beliefs if you know they are religious. If they have a problem, they should be able to be honest with you.
Good luck!
