Texas is a real MF when it comes to drug charges. Most likely one of you will be charged with 'conspiracy to traffic' a serious felony. Probably looking at 10 years for 1st offense. Hire the best attorney you can possibly afford to work out a plea doing probation, stiff fines and community service if you can.

This is only an opinion as I am not an attorney and I offer no legal advice I may be held accountable for.

It may be a while before she gets out, it's pretty serious stuff (she is given a category, drug dealing/trafficking)

You can look it up on line, just go to the county jail website page, first type in the city in Texas, or go to google and type in for example Dallas County Jail and it'll take you to the correct page and enter her name and basic info and it will give you several details as well as the date she'll be released.
It also gives you a phone number, when you call it you enter your phone # to prompt their system to call you to alert you within a hour prior to her release.

this is a Felony and go up to five years depending on location, the judge, background check and district attorney. if this is an election year for D.A. where your friend is at then do not expect much mercy.
