well here is the problem alought of guys flirt but it's hard to tell the meaning of what they are saying like whatever they say it's kinda like there asking u out but you don't get what they are saying why cant they say it out in the open with out flirting?????????

And they are afraid to seriously talk to the girl they like, cause they're afraid of rejection. So they act like retards and just flirt around casually.
