While I am not opposed to say, the animistic beliefs of Shinto, traditional Madagascan spirit worship or animism, those beliefs are not occult beliefs. You cannot 'put a spell or curse' on someone without being involved with the occult. Sometimes, when you're mad, you are just saying that and it means nothing but if you literally believe in witchcraft and Voodoo, that spells trouble. The first step is through belief.

perhaps i dunno but without knowing what I was doing I put curses on two people with some really cruel resultsI am not proud of. Side note along with the curse being carried out there were other bad things that accompanied the actual curse, like the first one was I cursed a teacher to die by fire and when she did her two year old baby was with her.

Yes - a neighbor put a curse on me, my marriage and my children........ all because I talked to the cops about her beating the crap out of her 4 year old in my house.
(Spanking I can handle - punching is another thing)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Why did I get a thumbs down?? Is it for talking to the cops? Is it because I said I can handle spanking? Is it because an amateur (probably fake) witch tried to put a spell on me????
Apparently. I don't believe in that stuff anymore, but I used to. I was friends with this one girl, who really believed in past lives. She heard that the two of us were always enemies in our past lives (again, not a believer myself) and decided that she no longer wanted to be friends with me. Maybe because she was told that I normally won in the past.
Anyway, she invited me to go hiking one day. We went, but I later found out that she had mapped the hiking trail to be a walking spell. As we walked it, I was bound to no longer use any of my natural magical gifts. I don't believe in spells and later left to be a Catholic.
No. I have found that most people that think they are cursed, hexed or under psychic attack, in fact, are not. That does not mean it cannot be done.
No, I have been fortunate enough never to encounter such people. Most Wiccans are careful and stay away from such things.
