Actually your question just reveals your ignorance about the term "Immaculate Conception". The term doesn't refer to the fact that the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary. In other words, it doesn't refer at all to the conception of Jesus. It refers to the conception of Mary herself, and to the early Christian belief that she was spared the effects of Original Sin from the moment of her own conception in the womb of her mother. However, Mary was conceived in the usual way, by the sexual union of her parents. So you see, her conception was both "ejaculate" and "Immaculate", not either/or.

The Bible never says that Mary was anyone but an ordinary human female whom God chose to use in a extraordinary way. Yes, Mary was a righteous woman and favored by God (Luke 1:27-28). Mary was also a sinful human being just like everyone else – who needed Jesus Christ as her Savior just like everyone else (Romans 3:23; 6:23-24). Mary did not have an “immaculate conception” – there is no Biblical reason to believe Mary’s birth was anything but a normal human birth. Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus (Luke 1:34-38), but she did not remain a virgin her entire life. In fact, Joseph and Mary had several children together after Jesus was born. Jesus had four half-brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). Jesus also had half-sisters but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:55-56).
Mary was with the apostles on the day of Pentecost (Acts 1:14). However, Mary is never mentioned again after that passage. Mary’s death is not recorded in the Bible. Nothing is said about Mary ascending to Heaven or having an exalted place in Heaven. Mary is to be respected as the earthly mother of Jesus, but she is not worthy of our worship and she cannot hear our prayers. Jesus is our only advocate in Heaven (1 Timothy 2:5). Mary would say the same as the angels do when people try to worship them – “Worship God!” (Revelation 19:10; 22:9).

The latter. I don't believe in hocus-pocus. The facts to back up my opinion is the vast volume of knowledge about human anatomy that exists today.

Please cite biblical verses regarding that Mary was born without sin? I can find none.
You may want to consult "Catechism of the Catholic Church" articles 491-494 found on pages 123-125.
Note: conception requires both sperm and egg, so your later phrase would be incorrect.

Well, I wasn't there to witness the deed, so I don't know. Social science leans towards ejaculation.... it's more effective on a repetitive basis.

It is not my place to challenge basic tenets of the Christian religion. Though, technically, we follow Buddhism, I was raised Catholic.
