I do 2 excersises that you can really feel in your butt and thighs..
you lay on your back..feet together, knees bent.
Lift your bottom half only while opening your bent legs ( feet still together) and clenching your butt. Dont arch your back. Do that slowly 5 sets of 10.
Then the other is, stay in that position but with your legs open shoulder width and lift again while CLOSING and clenching. Try to make your knees meet. Youll feel it in your butt thighs etc.
Remember, dont arch your body, just your bottom half.

encourages less food before becoming uncomfortable, appetite suppressant
sweats off a little weight too.
the most misunderstood part is that you need the belt to give the solar plexus something to push against.i use baby pins to hold it together better, Velcro sucks when it has to do long term work.
put up under your shirt, make mental adjustments to not get upset with wearing it and if you got a whole bunch of complaints it won't work so move on.

Easy, walking, climbing stairs, running. When you sit down at your desk, get half way down and then go back up. Walk and speak to colleagues rather than phone them in the office, never use the lift. Easy

Have you tried the Buttocks Lifts that Jane Fonda did in her first excersie video? Those are fun and awesome to do!!! Plus you are targeting your buns, legs, and hips all at the same time!! Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!
