hmmdo all this one right after another
25 full sit ups
forward plank position for 30 sec. (its a position where your in the push up position but your elbows are on the ground with your fore arms also on the ground making a 90 degree)
75 bike ab work out.. or you can count each one and after every three you count a number (1,2,3, ONE 1,2,3 TWO...) up to25
plank again for 30
-then nealing back a little with your feet in the air sor your like a V shaped kinda, put your hand on opposite shoulder then do the same count as the bike and touch each elbow to the ground as your legs are still in the air and your slightly leaned back

then side plank, just turn to the side so one elbow is on the ground and one hand on the hip, for 30 sec.

cross sit ups...right elbow to left knee left elbow to right knee, just make sure your going up all the way and dont strain youself (25 each leg)

opposite side plank

then you feel it if done correctly

then stretch it out by going on your stomach and pulling up with your arms ..u know what i mean lol

If you want to lose flab at your stomach, you have to lower your overall body fat percentage. No matter how much ab excercises you do, they will be covered with flab if you dont burn those extra fat off. THis is not to say no fat is good but low enough flab to let your ab-muscles poke out.

Once you get the fat down, by overall body work out or whatever you choose, you can work on your abs.

Sit ups, leg scissors, etc.

ALso, the abs you see on TV commercials are unreal - they follow a strict diet before going on the show so that their muscles bulge out more. This is unconventional for most people who want consistant abs.

They are small however exponentially robust and really calorie effective, on the grounds that similar to the calves and forearms, they paintings at all times! What this implies for the ordinary individual such as you, is you might paintings them till the cows come house, and nonetheless by no means see any profits from it. If you need to paintings your abs, be it as soon as per week, and do not make it too painful, that is what I supposed approximately he abs over-doing you. The vitamin enterprise has placed such a lot recognition at the abs, on the grounds that they realize it is going to intent so much folks to give up, on the grounds that it is going to be plenty of ache, with little to no acquire, and feature folks shopping vitamin merchandise as a substitute. You must maintain your undertaking pleasing, so the mind will take delivery of the addiction and be taught to adore it!

crunches and watching what you eat. it's a popular miss-conception that if you do a million crunches you'll lose your stomach. not true you have to increase your metabolism to lose your stomach but adding crunches and leg lifts will show results when your size is what you want it to be. also it was proved years ago that full sit-ups are bad for your back. I've been lifting weights for 19 years.
