Extreme laziness is efficiency. If you do the least to achieve your goal you are efficient. If you do the least you are lazy. Fitness is the level of efficiency your body possesses. The fitter you are the more efficient your body becomes. So extreme laziness would require you to become extremely fit so that you become efficient and need not tax yourself. So try extreme laziness or look at the 1960 Canadian air force's exercise manual which gave an eleven minute daily exercise program.

Walking is the best exercise for people with low motivation. You can't just sit around and stay healthy. As you grow older, you're going to feel the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.

you have to put effort into staying fit..their are minimal exercises you can do but from experience you will not continue to be lazy if you exercise because your endorphins will aliven and give you much energy..good luck at trying to be lazy

If you are lazy..try to eat light and healthy,drink plenty of water, and combine that with low impact exercising. I recommend pilates floor exercising because you dont have to jump or anything like that

umm, that would be sort of hard, but you just eat well and just like WALK a 1/2 mile to a mile a day you should be okay
