Maybe he's a gentlemen and waiting for the right time....or maybe he's gay and wants to pretend he's straight for his friends. I used to do that when I wanted to pretend I was straight.

I went out with a girl who valued touch much differently than me at one time. I didn't kiss her the first month because I saw no reason to. Those of the poetic nature (not dramatic, mind you) tend to search for nice times. I'm glad I didn't waste away my first kiss. Also, some are raised seeing touch in a different way, or perhaps not into the "give me now" nature that humans today have so much. A kiss isn't an e-mail, so perhaps it's just nicer for him to take the time to write the letter in his own script. Do you know what I mean? Anyway, if it comes down to it, you can ask him if he likes you or wants a relationship and if he knows what being in a relationship entails; more specifically, does he know what he should expect in being in a relationship with you. I know we all want our own movies nowadays, but sometimes you do have to talk about these things, even kissing. So, you can kiss him, but if you think you'd make him uncomfortable or perhaps he doesn't like you that much, it's probably time to sit down and talk.

ill go on the record and say that i didnt kiss my girlfreind for a long time (june2-4th of july) anyway,as the pressure to kiss is evident,its just harder to force it.when i did kiss it was a kiss goodbye like nothing.
i was wierd baby,dont take it personally,if anything we were a better couple cuz we knew it wasnt all makeing out that kept us together.

its ok he has probly ruined some past relationships by going too fast and wants this one to be special! he just wants things to go well 4 ui guy2 and he could be a little shy just playfully one day put ur head on his shoulder and ask r u ever gonna kiss me?

how old are you both? seems to me you're ten or something. if you are that young, don't be thinking about it yet! but if you're 13 or older, just go for it without asking any questions. just be gentle and make it a very romantic, sweet and slooow moment. you want to remember your first kiss with him, don't you?
