A friend of mines told me that you could have multiple orgasm, is this true? I really need to know....

Yes my dear It is true.
An average woman is designed by mother nature in such a way that she should be able to stand till the act of sex is over. But most of the time lots of factors like fatigue, the pleasureful rush of endorphin, which is a sedative which the body releases after we have an orgasm etc stop us from continuing from goin further, a woman's sexual response cycle is different from that of a man.
For a man it all starts from excitement state, where you get aroused and get erection etc, to excited stage where you engage in foreplay and beginning sexual acts, preorgasmic stage (I guess you know wht happens then), Then the orgasm where he explodes and ejaculates the semen. After that he goes to a refractory stage where he looses his erection and interest and is sedated by the endorphin. From mother nature's point of view the role of male is over once semen has been deposited. But females on the other side always have to stay till that has been done. So they are are designed in such a way that even though orgasms affest them big time they dont have something like refractory period and can be brought back to the preorgasmic stage where they would not have lost the interest, and is fully ready for yet another round. And from there they are free to go to yet another round and the next. But ofcourse every woman is different and every individual has his or her likes and dislikes. Nobody disputes the multiple orgasms are better than that hold back to the last moment brain shattering once and for all explosion. Generally all women can orgasm but many many women do not orgasm from intercourse. Lots of women have not discovered how to make themselves orgasm as they feel that masturbation is dirty or not normal for a woman when in fact it is the only way a woman can learn what feels good and what does make them orgasm.

if the sex is good then yes, b/c it takes a while 4 us 2 get an orgasm so when we do we can have multiples at a time.

yes it is true,and as your friend said it is called a multiple orgasm...it is great,but you need someone with a lot of experience,and good in bed,to bring you at a multiple orgasm.

Yep-take time to get to know your own body-its not dirty and there is no reason to feel ashamed. Those who have more then 1 usually have practiced on themseves.
