I wouldn't be so sure about that. Asians are known to have very dark hair. The farther away the desired color is from your natural color, the more your hair is damaged. I think what you're doing is a bit risky, but if you want to go ahead with it, i suggest you get it done at a proffessional salon, and don't forget to ask them about ways to take care of your hair, help repair it, and prevent future damage.
Good Luck! :)

If u really want to dye your hair a light blond its all up to u. But are u sure that particular blond would match your skin tone. They have a wide variety of shades to choose from in blond family. If u still want to proceed, try to go to a professional. If u cannot afford one or get to one, go to your local Beauty Supply Store and they will be able to help u out with what ever u need there so that u will not damage your hair and get the color that u want. Highlighting is more of puts streaks would u say into your hair whether on top, all over or in the back. good luck.

Depends if you want it a full head blonde hair or only pieces throughout your natural now. I would suggest just streaks throughout your hair. It'll be easier to change later on. Quite honestly, go to a hairdresser. Asian hair is very stubborn hair and to get to very light blonde hair, may not be possible. You'll have to bleach the crap out of it and then use toners on top to even out any wierd tones. This is very damaging to the hair and I just wouldn't go on a full head bleach, do the highlights, if you don't like them you can throw another color to your hold head and cover up the blonde streaks. Good luck!

It would be considered highlighting. Highlighting lifts the color from your hair with bleach. It can make your hair very, very dry. I would imagine your hair is very black, very silky, and beautiful. Most women would KILL for hair like hours. I would think you'd like it better if you got a really cute hair style (use a hair shine product) and used colors in your hair that you can wash out when you want to do something fun.

I have black hair and went blonde all over. It took forever to get it to blonde and my hair was sooo dry and lifeless. I let it grow in and got it cut real short. Highlighting strands would be nice. What I suggest is to go buy some blonde clip in hairpieces that are sold everywhere and see how it looks.

Yes, it would damage your hair. But why would you want to be blonde?
