Oh baby.....you have to ride it...and just know that it will get better. Acceptance is a big part of it...accept the pain, ride it through, share with friends and everything will be okay....

Love yourself, as much as you can....

Being dumped will mean being hurt, you cared for someone and they left you, your "heart" was broken in two, crushed. Getting over this person will take time and effort, suffering is a choice, if you decide to move on then you won't be in pain. Start dating other men/women and try your hardest to forget about your last relationship, thinking about it will only hurt you more. Remember you're broken up now, there is no use in thinking about what use to be anymore.

Time heals all wounds. Time also wounds all heels, as John Lennon said. There's a lot of emotions effected when you get dumped, your unreturned love, your pride, your need for friendship and companionship, so its gonna hurt, no doubt about it. But there are many fish in the sea. Just because this one didn't work out does not mean there isn't a better one waiting for you. Its tough, but you gotta hold your head up, put a smile on your face, get on with your life, pet your cat or take your dog for a walk or go buy yourself something you have always wanted, and wait it out. If this person wasn't right for you, you are better off not being with them. Learn from this, if that means you need to change, change. But just wait it out, it will get better, thats for sure.

You can't help but feel rejection when someone says they prefers the company of another to your exclusive company. You've put yourself in a vulnerable state emotionally by sharing memories, thoughts, and beliefs with another person. You've lost something you believe balanced you. You want something and the other person doesn't; you're not good enough; something is wrong with you in some way. It makes you think that these lies are true. Perhaps you were simply boring.

Because you thought that it was real love and that's OK. Think about it like this there plenty more fish in the sea. I most probably heard that a hundred and one times but don't let him get the better of you. Focus on someone else. Ask yourself why you feel that way. don't get upset over him please

Just realize that it wasn't meant to be. You have to pull yourself together and get your mind off this person. Its not your loss its his. Where one door closes a hundred open.
