Have you taken Mellodyn for insomnia? If so, did it help? I've taken rozerem (didn't work), ambien (habit forming), anti-anxiety meds (too strong), and I've used most of the ingredients in this remedy with limited success, but I'm interested to hear about anyone else's opinion of it.

i use melatonin...5 milligram tabs - of course i use more than that, but hey! beats staring at the ceiling. no side effects that i have noticed. i cant use sleep drugs - interferes with my creative process, so i'm stuck like you) non-prescription - vitamin aisle at walmart. or any health food store.

No and i have majer sleep disorder they say it comes with tearatory of having manic deprestion along with other problems.They put me on Trazadone it gives me night mares.I was thinking about trying Mellodyn.

i take melatonin and it works really well.it's natural and non habit forming.
