Nisan 14 is the date Jesus was impaled, according to the ancient Hebrew calendar used in the first century C.E. Since the days of a Jewish calendar go from sunset to sunset, it is also the date of the preceding evening when Jesus ate his Last Supper, or Lord's Evening Meal with his faithful apostles.
The date is significant to Jehovah's Witnesses and other quartodeciman Christians because Christ Jesus commanded his followers to commemorate the occasion each year. Sadly, Christendom ignores Jesus' command and celebrates a day which was instead holy to Oestre (a pagan god); these false Christians call it "Easter" and pretend that bunnies and colored eggs have something to do with Christ dying for the salvation of mankind.

The first of Nisan's festivals was the passover, originally celebrated in Egypt; it came on the 14th of the month and included the sacrifice of the passover lamb. Over 15 centuries after the Exodus, on Nisan 14 of the year 33 C.E., Jesus gathered with his 12 apostles in Jerusalem to celebrate the last valid passover, and after dismissing Judas, he proceded to institute the memorial of his death by means of the Lord's Supper, or evening meal. Before Nisan 14 passed, he died as the Lamb of God.
