Girls are going to be annoying at some point once the cute things that attracted her to me are just habitual and stupid. I don't mind a girl who is flirty, but if her head goes 'round batting her eyes it's obvious what's she's interested in. Shy girls tend to be a bit boring for my taste, but I'm sure they'll find they're boring counterpart. Quiet. I have found that I like the quiet ones; the loud ones never shut up and usually have stupid opinions.

Loud and annoying is well....annoying now matter how hot the chick. Somewhat shy and reserved is cool, but not dead. Flirty is a good thing as is slightly slutty looking, but not overdone.
Eye color so dark brown they are almost black does it for me.

I hate girls that are annoying, if the girl is too shy, I might never meet her, so not too shy. If a girl flirts with me suttle, I'm ok with it, but if it's too much, I feel uncomfortable.
I like the eyes that you can look into and get magnifyied the color.

A confident respectful girl that's bold and know what she wants from a real man. Guys love confidence, it brings mystery to the girl and that's a major turn on. loud girls (are sometimes intimidating to a guy, guys don't like that.) Shy quiet girls (are to much of a push over for the guy, if a guy knows he can push you over he gets what he wants from you, and throws you out like yesterdays paper.) make the guy work for your respect, that way your in control and if you train a man right he might be marriage material.

All other things being equal, I go for girls that are quiet and never annoying. But a lot of this depends on what you think "annoying" is.
