You're dieing but you're not dead yet right? How do you know a miracle won't happen? Enjoy yourself, tell everyone you love how you feel about them and that you love them, start hanging out with your family more, maybe you're boyfriend/girlfriend if you have one. Be positive, and pray. I'm sorry i hope you get better.
