Find a site that translates English text to Russian and write everything you want to tell her and hit the translate button. Then give her the note. She'll be thrilled that someone so considerate likes her and went through the effort to communicate with her in her language. Go for it.

That's a tough one.Try something simple at first, and see how much eye contact she makes with you. If there is a lot, you have a chance, and though it may be slow, take it from there... like ask her how to say something is Russian. If there is little or no eye contact.... well, that's not a good sign. Eye contact is the universal sign of interest.

Either learn to speak Russian and talk to her or just be bold and walk up to her when she's alone. Be friendly talk slowly and have a small convo and give her your number!

ask her or get on the internet or go to the libary and get a couple words in russia so u can talk to her a lil she will be so happy that u learned russia just to b with her

learn basic russian and try to be friendly with her and thaty way if anything happens with her and her man then you guys could hook up as friends and wouldnt be so awkward for you both

simple. say ' i love you' in English to her. ask her to translate into Russian. then say the same to her. o.k.
