After a week of craving kfc I finally make it there I order 10 pc special drive 10 miles home to bite into what should have been a juicy cooked leg. To my surprise it was half cooked, then checking the rest they too are not thoroughly cooked.
What to do SUE?

Call the district manager & raise cain! You would be reimbursed for the meal and probably receive some free coupons.

You cannot sue unless you are dumb enough to eat it all.....then IF you get sick, your family can sue.
Call the KFC, tell them the chicken is not cooked, and ask for a voucher for another meal.
Spread your KFC on a baking sheet and cook it in the oven at 325 for 20-30 mins to finish cooking it.
Why is the whole US looking for a reason to sue?? Is this the next best Lottery system???

Should have called their 1-800 number, made a complaint. and made sure that you saved the raw chicken or took a photo of it. But you really need to talk to a good Lawyer before you take any action on your own.

sue for what?? a nother bucket of chicken?? because that's all you're entitled to unless you can show some other damages...are you gonna pretend the raw chicken caused you emotional distress and the people at kfc did it intentionally to harm you?? you and me both know that didn't happen. i'm sure if you spoke to the manager when it had happened he would have replaced your raw chicken with a nice golden brown bucket full of eleven herbs and spices.

Nobody is perfect . Give them a chance to correct the problem. People have become so sue happy it's ridiculous. I call it money hungry and laziness.

You can't SUE....You can complain All they will do is send you a coupon for more Chicken....It's not KFC it the workers at that location....They will be wrote up..... KFC.com

the chicken is pre-cooked, so you dont have to worry about getting sick... if you really want to sue, then go ahead, i guess well just have to live without kfc, and have another new money millionaire...

You have to be able to prove damages to win a lawsuit. Did it make you sick? Did you go to a Dr. or the hospital? Take it back and see if they will pay damages to keep it from going any farther.

sorry you crave that stuff. kfc chicken always made me ill. we never go there. call the place up and speak to the manager tell them what happened. you'll probably get some freebies out of it!

Hell Yes! That had to be a traumatic experience go to the emergency room and complain of stomach pain and all types of symptoms due to salmonella. I do not eat there anymore their chickens have a lot of clucking problems.
