I dont mind cooking for my husband and he seems to want me to. I actually like doing things for him. When I go grocery shopping, I ask if theres something special he's like me to make or if theres something he prefers me not to make. Im sure he dosent want to criticize me. Is there a good way to tell if Im doing a good job? I wonder if he wouldnt be happier at Taco bell.

When you go out to eat where do you go? Use recipes similar when you cook at home. Another idea is to ask his mom for some of his favorite recipes.
Hope this helps.

You must know his favs by now or watch what he eats when he goes to restaurants. I think you have a pretty decent hubby cos he just eats and never comments.

If he cleans his plate he's happy if you notice that is a meal in particular he does not finish maybe it's the one he's not crazy about.
