Not if you lose it slowly and in a healthy way! Just start exercising and eating the right things in the right portions and you will be fine.

At your age you should expect some fat (puppy fat), as you grow over the next couple of years the fat will be used up, as long as you eat sensibly and start some form of exercise, if you diet to lose it, you WILL put more on to replace it when you come off the diet. At your age the skin is very elastic and would pull back.

Not if you lose it healthily and do cardio as well as toning exercises. I am not young but don't have the sag some of my friends do because I have combined both toning and cardo. It makes a difference.

No, at 14 your skin elasticity should be very good so it will very likely tighten up as you flatten your stomach through proper diet and exercise.

Just stay active. Try to build muscle instead of loosing weight through exercise.

you are young, your body has to still grow to full size, and if you want to reduce your stomach, just do some crunches and running.... your skin won't sag...older folks have to worry about that problem
