i made a manule game and plan to convert it to a computor game., when you say design you leave too much to the imagination as to what you'll need........because what my game is about, what my logo was designed after and what you can do in the game..,to program it to dvd/cd format takes a person of knoledge in game programing.....or if you can learn try looking into the java programing, c++ language...... whelp thats a start.
