the fine for non-compliace in regards to automobile insurance.
-175$ to 350$ depending on the cop and yeah, thats a first offence.
but i think you got this fine for giving alcool or tobacco to a minor, second offence is 1000$

I'd like to help. But what is your question? I know the legal system has biases. It's horrible. It comes back to bite society because the mistreated people lose much respect for the nation.
