In Judism a Brit Milah certificate is issued shortly after birth for males. Is there any certificate in other religions proving membership. Is there a corresponding certificate for female Jews?

What I am basically asking is anyone can say they are a Christian but there is no real way to prove it. What about a baptism? Is there any certificate? I know Mormans are very exclusive to who can go into their temple. How does a Morman prove he is a Morman? It just seems funny the the only religion with a certificate proving their religion is Judism.

many Churches issue certificates of membership when one joins although this may need to be asked for. the various Church denominations do not issue cards like fraternal organizations. I consider myself to be basically Christian even though I have
" customized "my particular Church Affiliation with certain other non-traditional Christian belief system customs along with certain Ancient Way ceremonies.

I am A Christian Pastor so naturally I have all the different graduation certificates and ordination papers.
I naturally also have the certificates issued by our government attesting to the legitimacy of my Ministry.
They are pieces of paper that mean nothing.
I must prove myself to only two;
Myself and my God.

There are certificates issued in the Reform movement. A Bar/Bat Mitzvah picture (or video) could be used, too.
