you don't get as much fat as regular milk, so reduction in relative calorie and fat intake will potentiate your other dieting and exercise efforts, good luck

Not if that is all you are doing to lose weight. But it will help to substitute the milk for something that is unhealthy in you drinking as in sugared sodas.

having calcuim in your diet is shown to help you loose weight! I found it worked, i used to take tablets... but.. you of course have to eat healthy and exercise.
Also there is something called CLA - its in with diet pills but in no way dangerous - which does the same. I was taking both and noticed a huge difference.
